Re: Low continuous metallic noise upon engaging Drive or Reverse

3 times in 29,000 miles I have had that grinding noise. It is not the ped. Warning. It is from the front left tire. I have reported it 2x to dealer and they can't find anything wrong. We will see sometime in the future if it ends up a problem. Hope for the best.

Re: Battery Depletion before Recharging

Always Be Charging This is the easiest solution for the user. For many, it was necessary for 80-mile EVs. It wasn't necessary for the OP with his 80-mile EV, and will be less necessary with a 240-mile EV. Plenty of sources indicate that Lithium batteries prefer lower states of charge. I have read/h...

Re: Premier trim without leather

My wife and I also prefer cloth. But this is a problem with all cars of all make and models. Very few give you that option. At least now they are have heated seats in cloth.

Please forward to the software department. Every evening I plug in the Bolt and between 30 min and 3 hrs I get a notification that my Chevy Bolt is not charging because of an interruption. I have gone outside many times and not heard anything and the car is charging. Sometimes the car is winding up ...

Glad to here. I wonder why they don't send out something when you sign up to be notified. Oh well.

I had mine done and it shows the update to 14.1. You should go back and have them try again.

Earth Day with the Bolt

just took the he bolt to the Lincoln Nebraska Earth Day. It was a great day. Partly cloudy and 65 degrees. Lots of people interested in the Bolt. Not knowing that one existed in NE. Also a lot more people looking at the roadster and the 2017 90d next to me. I looked at them also. Very nice cars. The...

Re: Driving in 'L' mode

I'm having an issue and am hoping the Chevy folks might have some advice. I've been driving my Bolt for 3 weeks (outstanding car, by the way) and prefer driving in L mode. The problem I'm having is that it works well 90% of the time, but the regeneration just doesn't kick in (or kicks in VERY weakl...
