Re: Seat split at the seams

They honestly should just fix it by using a retainer pin on that connector. It would stop the issues and probably save them some money.

I wouldn't suggest you do it though as I am sure you care about the warranty.

Re: What does this button do?

Of course, if you don't have that feature, it's just a bump you can use for reference to the other buttons when you aren't looking at the wheel when driving...

Until I rewire it to do that seat ejector thing.

Re: Door sill plates

I'll tell you, if I knew what I was paying for beforehand I would not have purchased the sill plates. They are solely ornamental.

Maybe Line-X-ing (or some other branding) them?

Re: How does Bolt predict mileage ranges?

The "Guess o Meter" moniker was given to the Nissan Leaf and is an insult to the Bolt EV! While I appreciate the sentiment given the wonky way the Leaf's estimated range works, even the Bolt's estimated range is still just a guess - so "Guess-O-Meter" is an appropriate moniker, ...

Even though I have been accused of hypermiling, I dare not post what my averages are. I'll just say this car drives like a bat out of hell. :D

Re: 2 questions in regards of Bolt EV

The numbers seem "ridiculous" only because of your lack of knowledge or experience driving an EV in winter conditions. Here's another number: 9kW - which is what the Bolt's heater draws on maximum. The Bolt has a 60 kWh battery. Do the math. Here's some real-world math, not theoretical fo...

Re: 2 questions in regards of Bolt EV

Because "most" people only drive their EV's in California, Oregon, and Washington. For those that experience *real* winter, your 238 mile car could become 140 miles or less . On those occasions, there may be times when you need a reasonably short turnaround time charging at home. During t...

Re: Waze for Android Auto

Current AA version is 4.26.0.904. You have to leave the "regular" version on the phone and wait until you are notified of an update via the Play store. It would then push the AA version at that point.

First time took 3 days to be notified of the update.
