Highest Level 3 kW charge rate observed so far?

I have seen reports of slightly greater than 53KW charge rate at some of the newer Level 3 DC, but this article again mentions the 80kW peak given ideal low starting SOC and temperature. What is the peak observed in the field on the new 150kW or 350kW DC Level 3 stations with the Bolt? http://wardsa...

Re: Current Lease Deals

I agree, not seeing nearly as good advertised deals (lease or buy) on the Bolt in 2018

Anyway, here is a great resource for lease deals if you had not already bookmarked it...

Re: Second Replacement Battery In Three Months

First off, sorry to hear that, that is most unfortunate and very frustrating. I am going to venture a slightly different guess. I am going to guess that as the pack is an extremely expensive part, GM has set up a pack rebuild line. Entire affected packs are removed from the car and exchanged for rep...

Re: Service at 7500 miles

If you purchased in the US "the first two service visits are free" Actually Chevy pays for them to get you established with the dealer, habit of taking it to them for service. Your assumption is correct, the only service the bolt requires at 7500 miles is the tire rotation. If you prefer t...

Re: Amazing low cost to run an EV

We live in Albuquerque. We have net metering with PNM, so exact charges are hard to figure. If we use more kWh than our solar panels generate they charge us at one rate. If we generate more than we use we get a refund at a lower rate. For the last three years we have consistently generated more tha...

Re: CCS Network

Electrify America has produced a much more detailed map of their plans. This is the network they plan to roll out by the end of June 2019. That's only 15.5 months away. It seems highly ambitious, but within the realm of possibilities. All dots will have at least 4 stations, each supporting both CCS...
