Here is a super easy way to remove the large clips from under the front seats to get into the foam layers. See image where I got some tough wire and made it into a triangle. My old VW Jetta did this. Still have not figured out how to do it in my Bolt. Might be a missing feature.

I agree, if their is a rear center seat belt, then their should be a rear center headrest. Probably saved them 10 bucks, like all the other interior cheapouts.
