The Teen Driver feature will be available on the 2016 Chevy Malibu, and will make it to other vehicles in the future.

It's a nanny mode for your Chevy Bolt that will help keep your teen driver out of trouble (maybe a wife too :D )

Parents will be able to place limits on the car, such as being associated with a specific key fob so that the young drivers can't disable traction control, park assist, daytime running lights, etc, even maximum speed... hmmm. Interesting.

So glad my parents didn't have these featurs when I was a teenager, or else they would have taken the keys from me (1971 Plymouth a Satellite with the baby 318 V8)
 
OMG. I learned to drive on a sh*t brown 1971 Plymouth Satellite with the infamous slant 6, aka, the "leaning tower of power" (sarcastic reference to the low power and angled cylinder arrangement).
