Heated seats and steering wheel

2019 premiere. My Heated seats and steering wheel no longer turn on when I start or remote start car. Have to turn them on manually. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure but I think the remote start uses the same settings that were on the last time you turned the car off.

Remote start does use last settings from shutoff. I have steering wheel heat on and seat heat on when I shut off car, but when I start it again they are off.
