So Daylight Saving Time happened on 3/12/2017 and the Bolt didn't adjust time until the car was powered on.
That means it miscalculated the time to start the charging cycle by 1 hour and finished the charge cycle 1 hour into the higher rate charging time. I am guessing that it will also have the same issue when Daylight Saving Time ends, but since it will finish 1 hour earlier than the higher rate charging time it will not matter. Not sure there is a fix for this as the Bolt's clock doesn't update when the car is not powered up. I noticed this first when I was in the car after power down and the radio was still playing waiting for the timeout. I was looking at the clock on the car to know when I had to exit the car to make a meeting and noticed that it doesn't change on the display when the car is powered down, but the Infortainment display is still running.
