According to the InsideEV's monthly sales scorecard, May marked the 32nd month of consecutive year-over-year monthly sales gains for plug-in vehicles! Check out the full report and see the chart snapshot (pictured below), in its entirety, here: http://bit.ly/EVSalesCard

BOLT takeaways
GM will now only release numbers at the close of each quarter (similar to Tesla). The next update will fall in July. However, InsideEV's sees Bolt deliveries are down at the moment, related to inventory as GM reduced Bolt allocations.

More Bolt and GM details at the link!

Prius prime doesn't count

Oh wait - Is that the Model 3 that everybody is freaking out about that they're having so much trouble making? That's somehow the top seller? I know they're all spoken for, but would you imagine that! Also, they're popping up like mushrooms these past few weeks here in Los Angeles. Somehow, I think Tesla is going to pull through (especially if elon can keep his trap shut for a while)

That seems about as likely as the standing US president doing the same. I guess billionaires just love twitter.

The InsideEV's sales scorecard is out! They recently changed to a quarterly update and just finished updating the report this week.

According to InsideEV's, July marked the 34th month of consecutive year-over-year monthly sales gains for plug-in vehicles.

They estimated a total of 29,514 plug-in electric vehicles were sold in July, and based on automakers’ sales reports and InsideEV's estimates, 153,666 plug-in cars have been delivered through the end of July 2018.

As far as the Chevrolet Bolt and Volt are concerned, GM announced official quarterly delivery numbers for the first time.
For July, GM delivered an estimated 1,175 Bolt EVs and 1,475 Volts. InsideEV's provided a dedicated article for Bolt and Volt sales details, here: http://bit.ly/boltandvolt

Thanks! Are you able to combine posts? They didn't finish their reporting until end of last week so we didn't want to share it until it was finished. :)
