question re: MF/APR for bolt lease

i was looking at leasehacker.com, and noticed an article from november 2016 talking about the lease program GM financial had put together for the bolt. it says that for top credit tier, the equivalent APR is 1.2%. does anyone know if this program is still in place? a dealer that i just talked to quoted me the standard 1.73% APR that GM financial uses.

ah - reading comprehension... i think that article states that the 1.2% APR ended in 2016.
