Dealer undue hidden charges

For example. I got hit by two hidden charges which I called them on. One was a $5 environmental tire charge. Charged for 5 when Bolt has only 4 tires. Sounds penny small but in the end it can add up, but it makes you wary as to what goes on in the wider world of dealerships. An article I read this morning brought this to mind. Three charges , one under taxes. Anyone else been hit with an un-warranted charge?
