From the Thule kit 1857 instructions at https://www.carparts.se/monteringsanvisning/th%201857.pdf , the kit contains the following parts:

2 * clip 666
1 * pad 191
1 * pad 192
2 * clip 225
1 * pad 313
1 * pad 314

However, it does not look like you can order the clips or pads separately to build your own version of the kit.

Looks like at least one UK retailer now has Thule kit 1857 for the Bolt with no rails (the kit 1857 by itself is £39.95):
https://roofracks.co.uk/Thule-Fit-Guide/_-/?make=Chevrolet&model=Bolt&type=5-door-Hatchback&modelYear=2017-plus&id=51

Note: the Thule 754 foot pack sold in the UK appears to be similar to the Thule 480R foot pack sold in the US (you can check the online instruction sheets for each). The WingBar sold in the UK resembles the AeroBlade sold in the US, but the SquareBar sold in the UK is different from the SquareBar sold in the US.

The same retailer also has the Thule kit 3168 for the Bolt with rails (also £39.95 for just the kit).

The lack of OEM crossbars is silly, and the price of a Yakima WindNoiseMaker is embarrassing. Are all rail mounting hole spacings the same on Chevys? 120 mm / ~4.75" ?

So, on that note, I'm currently exploring crossbar options, including using some crap from ebay for a Honda Odyssey, which are very long, but should be able to be cut down. The brackets look plastic, and they *might* have the 120mm spacing, but probably not.

At any rate, the price for the wing-shaped aluminum extrusion is good, as long as it's not complete garbage. If not, I'm going to CNC something up, which will ironically be cheaper than the Yakima and probably a lot stronger owing to it's one piece construction.

And GM - Hustle up!! Give us some crossbars! We paid for rails to screw stuff in to, give us some OEM parts. This can't be hard (especially if I'm able to do it on my own)

The Thule Kit 1857 for the Bolt without flush rails is now listed on the US web site at https://www.thule.com/en-us/us/roof-rack .

Updated due to Thule now listing the fit for the Bolt Premier with flush rails on its US web site.

I finally purchased & installed some Thule roof racks so that I can carry the kayaks
again....... ;-) I kept waiting for Rhino Rack to create a fit pack for the new Chevy
Bolt LT ...... but to no avail.
