    Regen question

I do exactly the same thing. And once in town, I switch to L to come to a stop. And if I miscalculated I switch between D and L to make a perfect stop behind the line without touching the brake.

Rumors of adaptive cruise control? And more?

As quoted from above link, here it is: "Similar to a mechanical device that wears out faster with heavy use, the depth of discharge (DoD) determines the cycle count of the battery. The smaller the discharge (low DoD), the longer the battery will last. If at all possible, avoid full discharges...

Rumors of adaptive cruise control? And more?

Charge slider is overrated. We would never consider it as anything useful. It's a carryover from the Leaf1 days when the rumor was that not charging 100% protects battery longevity. It did not, nor it does today. In fact, one should always start with max fill so as to minimize the depth of...

BOLT SEAT ISSUE - DATA COLLECTION & REPORT HERE

New 2019 version has new seats and new suspension. Harass GM and maybe they will replace the seats for you with the new ones (go sit in them first). Try to have GM "fix" the old ones 3x then claim lemon law. Otherwise it's on you.

Not only seats, also that over-tightened suspension. About time, Chevy!

    Extending battery life

This 80% charging or charging 100% as close as to departure to save battery has been debunked since Leaf 1. The best way to protect the the battery, having gone through Leaf 1, Spark EV, Kia Soul EV and owning 2 Bolts since 2017, is to limit deep discharges. This is why Bolt is holding up so...

    Misadventures at Anaheim Stadium

If I was allowed to leave the car parked in situ (ballpark) I would return in a.m. with a couple of tools, take the battery out, take it to O'Reilly's and have it recharged. Then reverse. In fact I finally own one of those rechargers. It's a small box, plugs into 110V and works like a charm.

This Stupid Recall Just Broke My Car

Could you elaborate on this trick? More detail? Are those "HOME" the screen button, and "NEXT" the physical button next to the volume knob? Thanks.

The two latest recalls, A172114410 and N17127150

Call me old school, but I still like to play CDs which means folders off the thumb drive. I'd like to, that is. I stopped b/c music stops after each folder's last track. I got real fast tired of clicking through the steering wheel buttons like something only Bill Gates and his disciples would...

    Did it break your "radio?"

This Stupid Recall Just Broke My Car

Which recall is this? The loss of propulsion bulletin N172127150 "advanced warning if a cell is failing" to flush out those affected 2017 batteries?

    Infotainment System Software Version

When you play music from the thumb drive, does your music stop after the last track of each folder, or does it continue on playing the content of the next folder? Also: how do you get to that software version screen? Thanks.

    Bumpy Ride - Stiff Suspension

Not getting Tesla M3. I sit enough hours in front of a screen as it is. Tesla could have kept the Model S, X look. Stiff is expected.
