I had a similar situation with my 7+. Every now and again, BT would disconnect while playing music, then reconnect. I’ve since swapped to the iPhone X and so far (since 11/03 anyway) no BT issues. Fingers crossed, haha!!

It fits over the false floor (that pull up thing). It’s expensive, but at least it’s well-made. The best price I found on-line for the OEM floor mats was $120 shipped. Good luck!!
