I often wondered if I could run a small 12 v inverter off my bolt 12v battery in case of emergency . I imagine you keep your amp draw on the dc side of inverter within the exceptable charging amps of the bolts 12v battery system. I will also look into the possibility of extending or disabling...
Yes I have the same issue with my ac. If I try to set thermostat above 70 d.f. The car will get very warm , so I leave it at 70 at all times and ac works fine, if I get to cold I turn down the fan. Never was a big fan of thermostat settings in cars
Thankyou, iam going to take it to the chevy dealer and have them reset the fault and take it from there. May just need a hard reset to clear the fault code and since it is under warranty 20k miles i will let them tell me whats up witb it.
Iam also getting a p0073 fault code for ambient air temperature sensor. Besides affecting the way the air conditioning system runs can a faulty sensor effect my main battery pack cooling?
