Good point about the snow... hmm. I seem to recall reading something about the windshield and a-pillar design months ago and IIRC it has something to do with aerodynamics. It helps funnel the air up and over the windshield rather than just 'any direction' it wants

Your Virginia EV story sounds like mine in Arizona. We used to be a CARB state but 'we' voted it out. Looks like I will have to order mine online and have it shipped from California. We may see some Bolts in 2017 - or maybe not.
