I had an issue when I first got the car where it would only work over KeePass. I called OnStar and they had me uninstall/re-install the MyChevrolet app on my iPhone 7. Then it worked fine and has ever since over both KeePass & Cellular.

I have found you can run the defrost with the Heat & AC button turned off and it will defog just fine without really hitting your range. Also, once you select these options - when you press the defrost physical button again, it will remember the previous setting.

Had mine done yesterday. Radio is updated, note on the invoice says "Update not needed" for the battery item. Maybe since it is a Nov 2017 build - or I heard on another forum that they may have pulled the battery update - not confirmed...
My understanding is the Battery item was for ALL 2017 Bolt EVs - they are providing a software update that will notify you if you are experiencing a low voltage issue that will impact range AHEAD of loss of propulsion. 2018s already have this.
The Radio update would be OTA starting on the 18th...
