So has anyone tried both apps through CarPlay? If so, does anyone know why Apple Maps goes to full screen, but my Android Maps (google) displays with a wide border, about 1/2-1" all the way around, and isnt full screen, especially compared to Apple Maps? Is this a setting I am missing? Thank you

Been a while since I last posted since I have received no updates from GM (Detroit) as of yet. They said that only some information/details is actually available on the recorder, and those 3 who came here were unsure (or wouldn't say) what details exactly were actually recorded, how detailed it...

You cant leave it on and in drive as it will jerk forward then stop, turn off, go into park and add the parking brake ((in an order like the Volt)). (like the Volt)

Probably true, but if there was a way for me to get a copy of the diagnostics, it would PROVE the keys were not in the car, and the car was never unlocked, therefore the car did this on its own somehow, or hacked, or some other anomaly which needs to be addressed. Lets see how transparent GM...

Horn sounded, lights flashed, and the doors locked after a few seconds after exiting. (setting I changed to do this)

There is a setting which I did that will self lock the vehicle xx seconds after you exit, if the car is off, this is how I set it prior to this happening. I think mine is set to 15 seconds and the car flashes and the horn sounds to let you know it is locked.

I called them at 8 this morning, I have a case number, he said they would look into it and possibly get back to me within 3-4 days. If i hear anything I will update this post.

I hope GM is forthcoming, or that the insurance companies possible large liabilities, that the insurance companies force GM to be forthcoming if GM doesnt do so on their own.
