    Android Auto not working

I heard those models have been tricky getting to work with the Bolt. You may be better served going to a Samsung-based forum for answers though. The "Projection" button will never work because as soon as the phone is properly detected, it will not say "Projection" any longer. That is one way I...

Random "Setup Keypass" nag screen on the head unit needs a mercy killing

No one has posted anything like that so far. The interface is programmed by LG but doesn't appear to be the Palm/WebOS interface they bought for their TVs and watches. I have heard it is a Linux OS but more details than that are not yet known I believe.

Random "Setup Keypass" nag screen on the head unit needs a mercy killing

Hey GM. I agree with this guy. All your nag screens, especially the *don't look at this screen while driving* notification that pops up while driving, need that option.

Anything on the 2018 model year?

    I'll second that motion.

Rear Cargo Board is Dealer Optional

Its a dealer option if not installed from the factory (LT only). Costs much less if ordered with though. *Corrected the Premier/LT difference.

    Elevation Effect

I think what you wrote is the detailed effect of high altitude. Coasting downhill charges the battery. If you mean the effect altitude has to ICE vehicles having a correlation to electric-only; there isn't. You don't need oxygen so the lack of it doesn't do anything to the propulsion. The only...

Almost hit this morning... collision avoided.

The brake uses the full regen of the paddle. Feel free to use the foot pedal up to 2/3rds of the way to use only that regen braking. It has been noted in a few other places on this forum as well.

    Passenger cannot open Trunk

It also annoying for secure facilities since they can't inspect without you getting out of the car to assist them.

No more glare from trim above main screen!

    Ahh, I misunderstood. Thank you.

No more glare from trim above main screen!

How is the sensitivity of the touch screen impacted?

    CarPlay Nav Volume

    Timing. Sometimes luck too.

The Chevy Bolt Is the Ugly Car of the (Very Near) Future

My 2004 Monte Carlo SS was just as plasticky as the Bolt is. It must be a Chevy thing.

Idea: Feature to auto-set the E-brake when you park?

Just unbuckle your seat belt when at a complete stop. It will automatically set the parking brake.

    Using the 120V included charger

All you need is something like these (choose what you need for a plug end): - https://www.amazon.com/General-Electric-WX09X10020-Wire-6-Feet/dp/B00MHOFTLM/ - https://www.amazon.com/Superior-Electric-YGA022F-Electrical-Receptacle/dp/B009FZZ790/ (no referrer links in these) Just trim the...

Man that's expensive for $35 in parts...

    Bike racks

The "bounce" appears to be the characteristics of the rear suspension. As soon as I get some free $$ I want to look in to some sort of dampening for it - be it new shocks/struts or otherwise. If you find a good resolution I'm sure we all will love to investigate it. Hard to rest your head on...

    Dash Gripes - any ideas?

I really like this workaround. It almost seems better than the issue it is "resolving". Any excuse for me to tinker!

    Premier trim without leather

This is my view exactly. Also, leather tends to fall apart if it isn't high quality. Something I fear may have been used.

Tesla Model 3 - Specs released

Also, no full federal rebate for this one. They've already sold over the 200,000 limit. Not sure what range they are in now. Thank you for the link, it helped me solidify that I bought the correct car for me.
