    If you are willing to make your calls using your existing phone via Bluetooth, then a 7" Android tablet or cheap Android phone can do the trick for the rest. Either can be had for under $40 anywhere (Walmart, etc.). Connect via Android Auto for maps and music. iTunes can be pulled over to...
