I was expecting more fan fare with the Bolt EV - thinking back to the Leaf, Volt and I think even the Model S, there was a big deal each step of the way.

Who will be the lucky owner to get the first delivery? I assume that will at least get a press release!

Seems to me like GM is just being cautious - if you remember the LEAF there was a bunch of negative press when things didn't happen quite like Nissan had said the would.

The less you say, the less people can be upset. Sure, upset about lack of details, but that isn't the same as hearing one thing and seeing something different
