I just bought a nearly-new 2023 Bolt EUV from Hertz. Nice car. I was concerned about keeping tires at the right pressures so I bought a digital pressure gauge said to be correct to +/- 0.5 psi. I set my tires at 40 psi all around using the gauge, then got in the car and looked at the pressure readings. All four wheels: 27 psi. Zounds! I had a visit to the dealer anyway, asked about the discrepancy. The service manager said there is something wrong with my new tire gauge. Anybody have info on this dilemma?
The dealer says my tire pressure sensors are okay, BUT- -
