Re: "Check engine" light???

A Bluetooth OBD adapter + Torque Pro (for an Android phone, don't know what iOS solutions there are) should do the trick.

I haven't set it up yet (picking up my Bolt tonight), but apparently you can get some really nice detailed status/power consumption info using Torque.

Re: Charging interference?

That's weird. Any recent garage door opener system should be using rolling code security, which would be impossible to trigger using random interference. If it's a much weaker system... I remember decades ago, somehow our neighbors managed to select the same exact combo of resistors we did for code ...

Re: Is "A Better Routeplanner" Better? A Review for the Bolt

I won't be able to take a look at it for a while (I'm in the process of car shopping, a process which is 95% likely to end with a Bolt unless something really turns me off during tomorrow's test drive) - as to that particular intersection you mentioned, perhaps some of the ways in OSM are mistagged?...

Re: I had a full aftermarket sound system installed. Major improvement!

So I've been agonizing over the decision of whether or not the LT sound system might be acceptable vs. my disdain for leather in the Premier. (Who knows, LT might be good enough, I test drive on Saturday) Seeing this makes it clear I have other options as far as sound - thanks! I think I'm just goin...

Re: Bolt accessory button questions

As far as uploading a photo - maybe an imgur link? I'd be interested in seeing a close-up photo of the connector. I might recognize it - I work with a variety of connectors at my job (electrical engineer at a forklift manufacturer) and I might recognize the connector series. If I do, I might be able...
