Re: Public charging

If you are a AAA member, EVGo has a membership plan that has no monthly fee and provides a discount.

EA has a membership plan that costs $4 per month and provides a discount.

Re: 2020 Bolt lease buyout - Battery recall.

You have the contractual option to buy your Bolt. They cannot block you. Their obligation under the recall to replace continues with your purchase. Buy it and pressure them to swap for a 2023 EUV is my advice. If they refuse you are getting a undoubtably getting a good price. I love the extra 50 mil...

Re: Looking at 2019 Bolt EV

Just saw this post as no one comes here anymore! Crickets… I purchased my 2019 in August 2019 and now have 65,000 miles. Only maintenance: 4 new tires and change cabin air filter. Can you charge at 120 volts? Slow but with your limited usage it is workable. Come find me as VoltoBolt on ChevyBolt.org

Re: Newbie. Waiting on my 2020 Bolt EV LT

Don't know your electrical rates; they are somewhat higher here in LA. When I first leased my 2017 Bolt EV, I was retired, had stopped driving Uber and would drive up to see a friend in Santa Cruz once every couple of months. My electric bill went up about $40 per month. When I started driving Uber ...

As I recall, our Chevy EVSE's cannot be plugged into an outlet on. CFGI.

I'm curious. What specifically do you do to hypermile? Please share as many details as possible. I do some, but would love to add to my bag of tricks.
Please share your tricks, too!

Re: Used 2017 Bolt with 115,000 miles-need advice

I know your original post was a while ago, but I just thought I'd mention, as I understand it, after the recall replacement, your battery warranty is reset to the original 8 year, 100k miles. So, if you got a good deal, you just got a "new" Bolt for the price of a worn out used one:) You ...
