So far, which are the countries wehre the Chevy Bolt EV is being released this year?
 
Maybe not this year (2016) but probably in 2017:
Germany: http://media.gm.com/media/de/de/opel/vehicles/ampera-e/2017.html
Austria: http://media.opel.at/media/at/de/opel/vehicles/ampera-e/2017.html (hopefully - it's not official yet)

Try some other countries here:

Click "change" on top of the page, choose the country and then the brand "Opel" (or "Vauxhall" in UK) if available and the click "go".
Then click the second tab and see, if Ampera-E is on the list of the country.

Don't know if that means that the Ampera-E will really come to those countries, it's only a guess by me.
We'll know more very soon hoepfully.
