I stopped by Colonial Chevrolet in Acton MA and asked for a test drive. The salesmen told me that management believes that there wouldn't be enough payoff form selling Bolts to make the investment (training, etc) worth it. They also said that they are the second-highest Volt dealer (in MA, I think), so you'd think that would be the same market, but nooooo.....
So, I suggest that everyone in the area stop by and ask for a test drive!
