Any recommended electrician in LA to upgrade to 240V?

I just bought a new Bolt, but I don't have 240V in my garage; has anyone had experience upgrading? Anyone they recommend (or recommend avoiding? :) )? Thanks!
 
I had a good experience with Terry Brazil 310-213-9099; tell him MichaelLAX sent you! hahaha
