    My 2017 Chevy BOLT EV

That sounds great. I couldn't find anything loose behind the rear fascia above the tail light, so it's time to visit the dealer. I'm going to schedule the 45k PM this week, so I hope to get it done at the same time.

    2017 Premier Update

The 2023 Prius Prime SE gets 55 mpg and 44 miles on battery. The more expensive Prius Prime models have a smaller battery range and less mpg. We were willing to give up some of the luxury, convenience, and safety features to get better efficiency.

    2017 Premier Update

PG&E just went to $0.36/kWh which works out to $0.09/mile. The Prius prime gets 55mpg. If gas drops to $5/gallon, hard to find in the Bay Area, it's a wash. If it drops to $4.50/gallon it's cheaper to use the gas engine. I know people with EV's where they pay $0,05/kWh, but not around here.

    2017 Premier Update

Thanks. I'll try that this weekend. I bought the cheap (Amazon) pdf of the repair manual. So far it hasn't helped.

    2017 Premier Update

Hi, I'm still only leaving town for a 90 mile round trip carpooling every other week. I'll see how this works out when I get my solar panel electricity true-up in September. The only problem that I've noticed is the passenger side blind spot monitor stays on very long after the lane has cleared...

    2017 Silver Bolt Premier

Thanks for that. I'll check with my long term EV owner colleagues who are better connected to the EV and CA govt. communities.

    2017 Silver Bolt Premier

I got my silver 2017 Premier on Jan. 20, 2017. It was the 12th one sold in Redwood City, CA. My Bolt's first year's electricity was subsidized by CA at $0.10/kWH, which is bargain in CA. I installed solar panels 5 years ago and have not paid for electricity, including my Bolt's 6,000 miles/year...

    Set time zone on clock?

Update. When I turned on the Bolt this morning, it read the correct time zone. Then after the connection progress circle finished (presumably connecting to the cell network and home WiFi), it immediately switched to UTC. I'll keep it on auto it for another day or so and see if it changes when I...

    Set time zone on clock?

Sorry about the delay. I'm usually offline all day Wednesdays. I do have an iPhone and use CarPlay regularly. I agree, it's not getting the time from the phone. It's also not getting it from my home internet. Although I don't have an active subscription, the car usually tells me, either on the...

    Set time zone on clock?

I've had a Bolt Premier since January of 2018. Every time I turn on auto time set, the clock goes to a different time zone. The good news is that it works perfectly when set manually. So I tried it again with the change to Standard Time and within a few hours it went to UTC (GMT), which doesn't...

    Infotainment Software 14.1.0 to 14.4.2

HI, My Bolt Premier is one year old today. It's never been back to the dealer so I don't know what version the Infotainment system has. This week the front camera display started coming on and staying on for complete trips. The screen doesn't respond to any touches, including changing to the...
