    OTA update email, any successes?

Boltpals: I received the OTA software update email like the rest of you. Has anybody actually had a successful OTA software update yet?

    Infotainment Software 14.1.0 to 14.4.2

The mistake I made the first time is that when I unzipped the file it had a folder named 14.4.2, and I put that in the USB stick. It did not work. Open that folder, and there will be two items: a file and a folder. Copy those onto the USB stick and then it works. I used a Mac.

    Update Bolt Firmware. Not recommended.

I did it that way, and it works just fine. The file is digitally signed, so it is legit. The Bolt won't update without a digitally signed copy. See this thread http://www.mychevybolt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7505&start=10

    Infotainment Software 14.1.0 to 14.4.2

It worked perfectly for me tonight. Main thing is to extract the file on your computer, and copy the contents of the extracted folder into the USB drive. The first time I tried it I failed, because I copied the folder into the USB drive. You have to open the extracted folder, and copy those...

ProClip now has Chevy Bolt mounting options

I bought one and mounted it. Very nice. Will only work on right side of dash.

    Plugging in at airport

Having done this sort of thing myself, you are overthinking it. Just plug 'er in and let it charge to 100%. Sitting at 100% for a few days in a cool airport garage is just fine. Stressing about the battery is not worth it.

    AM Radio Reception

Funny you should say that! I was having the same problem listening to KNBR my area.

    AM Radio Reception

Mine is the same way. I think it just isn't very good!

    Flaky bluetooth continues...

Boltpals: Love my Bolt. Really do. I continue to have bluetooth flakiness. I have an iPhone 7 with all the updates. My Bolt is a late December '16 build, so I have one of the Bolts where I can remove the fuse and eliminate the low speed buzzer...but that is another story. My head unit is...

    Bluetooth flaky despite software update

Boltpals: I have a late December 16 Bolt LT. I got the 14.1 software update a few months ago. My bluetooth still is flaky, and sometimes causes the head unit to crash during a call. Have others continued to have this problem after the update? Is the firmware update different, and perhaps it was...

    Bolt EV Key Not Recognized

Yes, and from what I can tell, Keypass does nothing useful for me. Perhaps I will disable it. The remote features I use seem to work just fine from the app over the web.

    Bolt EV Key Not Recognized

I have had this happen twice recently myself. I am on the latest software, and my care is late December 2016. Interestingly, no problems until a few weeks ago. I did not notice all of what you got such as the seat heaters, but did have the chirping horn, auto alarm, key into holder area to start...

New Bolt owner, with some questions.

Not sure which phone you are using, but the voice commands do work via bluetooth. If you depress the voice button for just a second it redials. But, if you hold it down for a few seconds, you will here the siri prompt if using iPhone. It then works per usual. I have had no issues with it. Now...

CarPlay stopped working: thinks iPhones are iPods

Reset the head unit. When the car is on, hold down the home and forward button, the actual buttons below the unit, for about 10 seconds. That reboots the unit and may solve your problem.

    Center armrest slides forward!!

It is just the cushion part of the rest that goes forward about 3 inches. Just grab the cushion part and pull it forward. It takes more force than you think. It slides forward.
