I wouldn't call it braking, but on my 2017 Premier, it does put the car into a regen mode. It doesn't stop, but it feels like I took my foot off the accelerator. You have to push down a bit to override or let off in L mode and the car will stop.
You can pre-condition anytime you can reach the internet. It doesn't have to use bluetooth. I have my vehicle far from my phone and pre-condition in the mornings. It uses the cellphone connection inside the Bolt to connect from Onstar, just as the other Onstar functions work. So you can also...
I visited my dealer yesterday, but didn't realize that 14.5 was installed until today. That is when I removed the charge cord and the alarm turned on. I had turned it off in settings. So, I can report that Keypass now is working on my car with this new software. I don't play mp4's so I didn't...
Android Auto is experimenting with connection without the cable. The WiFi is already in the car. When it is available in Android it would be nice if Infotainment also supported that mode. It would be great if Infotainment supported messaging without the cable also and that doesn't need a new...
Just had the dealer install this update today. Bluetooth is solid. Keypass still has issues. Overall it seems to be a better release than the previous one I had. However, still has the bug that if you don't get the Bluetooth the first time correctly, you have to power down the car and let it sit...
Level 2 chargers are slightly more efficient.
Once you get a meter on the EVSE on a dedicated line, I think you will see better efficiency.
The numbers you are seeing are way low.
I am not in So Fl, but here in San Diego we are having 90 degree weather with 80 percent humidity and I keep my Bolt outside attached to a Level 2 charger all the time. The end result is no effect. The Bolt charges and doesn't have to use extra power to handle the temperature and humidity. As...
I can only tell you from my experience that for some reason the bluetooth doesn't pick up the car microphone, but instead it is using the phone's microphone. Not sure why that happens. Try making the call using the phone when it is connected and speaking into the phone. For some reason on my...
I had the same problem and hitting the physical home and Fast Forward buttons until the screen rebooted fixed it.
I tried many other combinations of solutions, but a reboot fixed it.
It seems to happen when the linux OS that runs the console is having issues.
I also know that the bluetooth radio...
I think it seems to be a simple calculation of the miles per kWh and the kWh left in the battery.
It doesn't seem to vary until my miles per kWh changes.
I drive fairly consistently, but as I have become more familiar with the Bolt I drive more efficiently and the miles per kWh is going up.
I...
