If I buy a bolt and have the car kept outside, in a driveway, with no shade - how will the 95 degree temps and the 96 percent humidity impact the charging process using the Level 2 charger? And, in So Fl, our rains often leave puddles that can be 4 inches deep or so. How does the car protect the batteries underneath as you drive thru the water/puddles since the batteries are on the undercarriage of the car? Thanks

I am not in So Fl, but here in San Diego we are having 90 degree weather with 80 percent humidity and I keep my Bolt outside attached to a Level 2 charger all the time. The end result is no effect. The Bolt charges and doesn't have to use extra power to handle the temperature and humidity. As for rain, California had record rain this year and no effect on the Bolt. It handles water with ease as long as it doesn't rise to the cab level and flood the car.
