I think it needs a new mirror assembly, when I fold the driver mirror assembly forward it moves smoothly and quietly and snaps into place forward, when I move the passenger mirror assembly forward it does not move smoothly and sounds like a clock spring winding and rubbing noise and does not...
Yes checked to make sure mirror fully unfolded and also cleaned lens again, still same. When I bring it in will also mention charge door hard to open, press and sometimes hardly opens when it does now just opens barely
On my new 2 week old Premier I noticed that when the 360 surround camera is on the right front camera in the mirror shows a black line extending forward, is this normal. I am thinking maybe the lens is not fully clearing the black mirror body and reflecting that. Attached is a picture.
I got my Premier and was also looking for the homelink button. Also I understand that GM feels everyone would rather use CarPlay or AndroidAuto but with a totally electric car I would have liked a built in Navigation that would show charging points, GM dropped the ball on that one.
Was pulling my 2 week old Premier into my garage at slow speed driving in L and took my foot off the accelerator expecting it to stop like it does but just kept rolling forward till I applied the brakes, got the message service park assist. Also what does the Ready mean near the Gear display
Put my Premier in the garage, shut it down, lights were off in auto mode. Go into the garage about 2 hours later and now the headlights and tailights were on. Went into car and turned the headlight switch to off and auto and now they are off. Came on by themselves.
Just noticed on my Premier, behind the rearview mirror that the trim cover has a large opening, does have the cap on the upper part but where the wires goes in there is just a large opening that you can see when looking at the mirror, is it missing another trim piece or is that the way they all are?
Read on the forums that some Premier versions come with the GM inflator kit, my Premier did not so I am guessing that maybe those sold in Canada are standard and in the USA not.
Not knowing the future unknown costs of repairs and parts for the Bolt I purchased an extended warranty from GMEPP 0 deductible 84/56,000 for $1430. Usually when I purchase an extended warranty I go fo 70,000 but figure what I got is long enough as will use my other car for real long distance...
Have the Premier and my question is on the Bose, the window sticker shows 6 speakers whereas the Bolt brochure downloaded shows the basic system as 6 speakers and the Bose system as 7 speakers including subwoofer. Any idea which is right the sticker or brochure.
