Just to close the loop: the remaining part came in and I got the car back today. The problems appear to be resolved. Cautiously optimistic!

Just for the record... one part (the component that handles the wipers) has apparently arrived. I have been told the other part (to handle the infotainment) won't be in until next week.

Quick update. Still waiting for the parts. Supposedly in by Friday. Glad I have a loaner (since car went in a week ago yesterday). If you have a problem with an electronic component, if my experience is any indicator, you may be in for a wait.

Quick update: the dealer has determined that it is a bad communications module. Part on order. car went in on Tuesday and will get it back sometime next week. As I posted in a different thread, the module that controls the windshield wiper is also bad.

Quick update. The dealer has determined that it is a bad module of some kind that is being replaced. This is one of two electrical problems on the car (the other is a bad communications module).
