2017 Opel Ampera-e likely limited to Norway

Nope, they won't; but I agree. I ordered one in NL and may (no confirmation received as yet) get one of a mere couple of dozen coming to the Netherlands. I'm sure if they really went for it they could sell thousands (thanks to our 'funny' tax scheme) even in the last half year of 2017.

    Notification with Car Door Open

To answer the question: impossible. It is a built in safety feature.

Is HVAC burning you up too? Chevy says "nothing wrong"

Wow, for any dealer to figure this out all by themselves they have to actually be able to read? Amazing!

For those of us hoping to cross-shop Bolt-Leaf-Tesla3

Got it: it is the combination of model and E?

For those of us hoping to cross-shop Bolt-Leaf-Tesla3

So, how can Opel (GM or now Peugeot) use E when it is a Ford copyright?

For those of us hoping to cross-shop Bolt-Leaf-Tesla3

In Europe (Netherlands) the Bolt future seems unsure. First rumors were April (2017), than May, June. Now I hear fall or maybe next year. Good that Elon is getting ready and tooled up to produce 10k Tesla Models 3 a week later this year; it will give something to choose. The Bolt will be Opel...

Full charge mileage displayed isn't 238

Some people manage well above 238; see this clip....: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9MBf4C3gHE&t=112s

    Fresh air through vents

Slightly open a window? I do so in my PHEV; I have the same problem. I can also (partly) open the sunroof; does the Bolt come with that?

My BOLT EV never charges to 238. why?

Saw someone who managed a whopping 375 miles!

    No adaptive cruise control?!?

I have ACC in my PHEV and never use. Why? Although it's fun driving slowly in traffic I never really trusted it enough to relax. It easier en surely more relaxing to 'one paddle drive' than rely on ACC. On the freeway I simply hate it. The distance it keeps ar such that it leaves too much room...

GM announces Ampera-e in Norway in June!

Tried to order one in The Netherlands (don't really care what it costs: I WANT ONE NOW ... sorry :D ). Anyway, I tried three different dealers and they all claim they cannot (yet) sign any contract. Details (little things like prices and options) are not clear yet but due to arrive soon...

    No navigation?

I am reasonably in control over myself and have no such cell phone problems. Alternative could be a self contained TomTom (Garmin?) unit with 'life long' updates for the price of one Here (or similar) update. The big advantage over an 'in car' system is that you can set it before you leave.

    No navigation?

Fully agree with most of the above. I now have a fully loaded Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (including so called 'PREMIUM') MMSC and I hated it (total waste of money). In fact it gave me that much problems (lousy and outdated navigation (Here based), BT paring problems, average sound) that I had it...
