Umm, NO! The Chevy Spark EV has been on sale since the 2014 model year.

I like the carpet but a bit of a pain if like me you take your dog to the park daily. No matter how much I try to clean my shoes or the dogs paws before getting back in the car that beautiful carpet finds and traps any scraps of dirt left behind

I think there are all weather mats available. I agree - carpet mats are not very good.

If Chevy doesn't offer all-weather mats, someone will. Husky is a popular 3rd-party company.
