Guaranty Chevy in Orange County - Lease/Purchase numbers

Hey everyone!
Here are the exact numbers I am being quoted at Guaranty Chevrolet
I have been working with Chad and he has been very upfront, honest, and responsive.

Here are the lease numbers on the Bolt EV (fully loaded):
(Anyone willing to punch in these numbers to see if they add up? At work at the moment so can't)
MSRP: $43,510
Sale Price: $42,570

36 months 10K per year
$1,140 due at signing
$453 per month plus tax = $489 (OC Tax)

36 months 15K per year
$1,140 due at signing
$488 per month plus tax = $527 (OC Tax)

36 months 20K per year
$1,228 due at signing
$569 per month plus tax = $615 (OC Tax)

GM Financial uses a rate of 1.73% (not .0005 MF. He showed me the data sheet of what GM financial is offering.)
10K the Residual is 60%
15K and 20K the Residual is 57%
(pre pay) Any thing over 15K you pre pay per mile which is .20 cents per mile.
(post pay) If you do 10k and go over the miles there is a .25 cent charge per mile.

And the more simple Purchase numbers:
60 Months at 2.65% (this is through a credit union. He doesn't care if you go through their finance company or not)
$4,257 Down
Payment $752

I don't get the 1.73% interest. GMF monthly states a 1.2% rate for January. It's like GM decided to inflate the MF/interest rate after the fact??

This is the third instance of a 1.73% rate being quoted for leases this month from 4 different dealers, so it must be right.
