Is a pre-order transferrable?

Just got confirmation that my car is produced, and have a VIN number. Irony is that I am not going to take delivery, as I have decided to hold off for now. Does any one know if dealers typically let you transfer the pre-order to someone else?

No. Dealer will take delivery and sell it very quickly. That is why the previous poster was asking which dealership.

Oh, I wasn't asking which dealer or city in order to purchase the vehicle (I'm in Canada), but I see your point. I'm trying to determine when I can expect my pre-order to be filled in Ontario.
