Spot The Error?

Can anyone spot any errors in these lease numbers?

This is for an i3 but the concept can be used for any car. My lease calculator estimates some numbers correctly and is 100% in sync with Leasehackr and another lease site. So I'm not sure what gives.

Can anyone spot any errors in these lease numbers?

If you check "I want to pay my acquisition fee upfront" on the leasehackr calculator, the numbers match perfectly. The $925 "bank fee" is shown as an upfront payment on the form you posted.

Yes I know...if you use .00134 as the money factor. He was claiming 1.34%. So the rent charge was far less for me. That is the error.
