Never used lane assist or adaptive cruise...not even sure the car has it.
The Bolt has two drive modes, "D" and "L". To me, regen for D is practically non existent, but L is aggressive. There's also a regen paddle behind the left of the steering wheel that when pulled, makes regen even more...
'19LT with confidence 1 and II packages. DCFC also.
Stiff suspension means you feel the bumps in the road...kinda like a harsh ride but not mushy like a 20 year old pickup with blown shocks. It's not all that bad but it's not a plush ride, at least to me. Hope this helps.
Edit: Tesla does not...
The Bolt is a great car for the money. The electronics are great, better than Tesla IMO. Some people don't like the seats but I didn't have a problem. To me, suspension seems a little stiff. It's a great commuter car. It's a capable road trip car, but fast charging is not all that fast...
I think Chevy Cruze wheels fit? You should check
Personally I don't want to put slime in my tire---it gets on the wheel and makes it hard to balance.
I carry a tire plug kit and an small portable air compressor, and a pair of pliers.
How long the battery fix takes depends on your place in line. The '19 models that were made in the last half of '18 are more suspect than the others and are being fixed first. I think Chevy wants to get this over with as soon as possible, so maybe 6-9 months for the rest of them? Just a guess.
The pictures aren't showing but from your description, I'd say the total current available is 35 amps. So to meet code, you shouldn't use more than 80% of that, or 28 amps for your charger
35 amp breaker? Code says to only use 80% of breaker amps for continuous use (like charging). So your max current should be 28 amps.
If the outlet worked ok for 10 months but recently caught fire, sounds like a connection worked loose. That can happen as wires heat and cool, expand and...
Yes, GM is working on this but from what I've read they are going to replace defective modules. I don't know how they know which modules are defective (maybe they can trace modules by date and they know when the "very rare" defect occurred ) but you won't necessarily get a new battery unless...
I don't know for sure about the 2022 model but all other years have a setting where you can limit charge level. Look in the charging menu....it's probably buried in there somewhere. Set it for 80-90% and you won't have to worry about when you plug in, etc. Note: the setting is % battery, not...
You're not driving the car enough to get a good data set for the guess-o-meter. After all, it's just an estimate.
Efficiency is not so good for any EV when you start driving because it takes a lot of energy to get the car up to speed. A 5 mile drive will have lower efficiency, so your...
Sounds like it's ok now. FWIW I purchased one of these:
