Any confirmation of Bolt torque?

Just curious if we've heard more specifics on the projected Bolt's torque? If it matches, or even comes close to the Spark EV, that'll help me decide to double-down on my EV holdings.

I haven't seen anything, and I doubt the figure has been released yet. Hopefully soon at CES at the official reveal!

I did find it interesting how the Spark EV torque rating dropped at some point. It was 400 lb-ft and now it's down to 327 lb-ft.

Yes, the torque dropped, but they changed the drive ratio in compensation.

So with a different drive ratio did that affect top speed?

Or efficiency? Or no net difference?

The differences between the '14 and '15 Spark EV are very minor. They did change the torque rating, but the effect is basically transparent. Some have noted differences but it's not significant in how it drives day-to-day. The top speed for both is 90 mph, which both will pull right up to.
