I just bought a used 2017 Premier and it's in great condition except the rear view mirror video feed is not working - I get the blue screen with movie camera crossed out which others have posted about. Before I bring it in for servicing, I'd like to disconnect and reconnect the cable to see if something just got dislodged. That means I need to either open the mirror or the windshield mounted panel. I'm looking for advice on either, as I haven't found any info on that on the forum/web.
