Anyone know what the most efficient approach to accelerating is? I’m assuming jackrabbit starts are out. But, do we accelerate crisply to speed, or take a slow approach to getting up to speed?
Slower acceleration is always the more efficient approach. Just don't become an impediment to traffic. With EVs, though, acceleration isn't always the biggest energy hog. That is often air resistance at highway speeds.
