3 beep alarm stuck ON in my Bolt

I returned from a 4 day trip to a high-pitched three-beep alarm going off inside my Bolt's cabin. It's coming from where the ON STAR console is. I've tried everything to turn off the alarm, and cannot. Any ideas?

P.S. This is NOT a carn-horn alarm. It is a shrill beep I've never heard before. On Star said it has nothing to do with their system.

I think I read somewhere the on-star system has a reserve "one-time" primary battery that can be used once only in an emergency - maybe that needs replacing?
